Kenneth T. Ito is a director and producer who once worked for DiC Entertainment. He was the production coordinator for Season 1 of Captain N: The Game Master and the associate producer for Seasons 2 and 3. He contacted Fil Barlow on February 14, 1990, and asked him to create some initial designs for Gameboy.
He was also involved with the production of Bionic Six, Wish Kid, G.I. Joe, The Critic, and The Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat, among other series.
