Hewdraw is a creature from Mount Icarus in Videoland. He is based on the enemy of the same name from Kid Icarus.

Hewdraw attacked Kid Icarus and Mega Man as they were climbing Mount Icarus to meet the Arrow Maker. While Mega Man grabbed Hewdraw's face to distract him, Kid Icarus shot a Snowman that was trying to attack them from behind, then destroyed Hewdraw with a single arrow.
