Garbage Man is a robot built by Dr. Wright.

Garbage Man was designed and presented to the N Team by Dr. Wright, who believed he could be helpful by "trashing the other robots." Unfortunately, he malfunctioned, and ended up destroying a good portion of Wright's lab instead.
He did not appear in any video game, and is a unique creation of the show.
