The random people are residents of Kongoland in Videoland.

Aside from their blue skin and colorful hair, the residents of Kongoland look much like ordinary humans. They live in a village with Prince Plenty, who rules over them. When a hungry Donkey Kong comes to their village, the random people feed him with many fruits and vegetables using a machine.
