Top Man is one of the third set of Robot Masters used by Dr. Wily. He is based on the enemy of the same name from Mega Man 3.

Top Man was one of the Robot Masters guarding one of the Energy Tanks needed to power up the Peacekeeping Robot that Dr. Wily and Dr. Wright built. He was confronted by Kevin Keene and Mega Man, the latter of whom defeated him. he is also the only robot master to appear in season 3

Top Man was the only Robot Master from Mega Man 3 to appear in the episode (though Mega Man has both the Hard Knuckle and Shadow Blade from Hard Man and Shadow Man), and the final one to appear in the series.
