DiC Entertainment (sometimes rendered as DIC Entertainment) was an international movie and television company that was founded by Jean Chalopin in 1971. It produced and distributed the Captain N cartoon series.
DiC was purchased by the Cookie Jar Group in 2008, which was itself purchased by DHX Media in 2012.
